Normally the best place to capture the action of an event is to get out to sea. The challenge here was to capture the fun from the shore. As the event is organised close to shore it was possible to capture the fleet in action. Add the energy of such a large fleet launching all at once and you have some interesting shots - all without getting my feet wet.
